| Description | This unit deals with historical and contemporary social issues and policies relevant to Aboriginal education in particular and antiracism teaching in general. To fulfil the unit's requirements (and to become effective education practitioners), students will need to read critically, analyse and reflect on issues such as teaching strategies, curricular issues and the general learning environment for children from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds. |
